Why Medley and not a group email?
That is the usual reflex, and it always falls flat: the files come back one at a time, compressed, or through a transfer that expires before everyone has remembered to download it.

The link travels by email just as well as it scans on the wall. The regional office, the colleague on leave, the head of department who moved on last year: each of them leaves their message from wherever they are, in the same album.
The album leaves with the person
The album is kept at least until December 31, 2026. Long enough for the slowest colleagues to dig out their photos, and for the person leaving to download the whole thing in one archive and take it home, in original quality.

- Absolutely. The principle holds for any departure: a shared album where the team uploads its photos and its messages, given to whoever is leaving the department or the company.
- How long can a guest book message be, and does it need an account?
- A written note runs to 1000 characters, a voice message to two minutes, a video to one minute. Everyone records theirs behind the same QR code as the photos, with no app and no account: a first name is enough to sign it.
- Are videos accepted, such as the farewell speech?
