Your content stays yours
Photos and videos uploaded to an album remain the exclusive property of their authors. The processing of personal data is set out in the privacy policy, and the rules for using the service in the terms of use.
Intellectual property
The Medley trademark, the interface, the texts and the graphic elements of the site are the property of Max Bryselbout. Any unauthorised reproduction constitutes an infringement under the French intellectual property code.
Reporting content
Albums are filled by their participants. If you believe that content reachable through Medley is unlawful or infringes your rights (image rights in particular), report it to max.bryselbout@gmail.com, stating the address of the album concerned: it will be reviewed and, where appropriate, removed as soon as possible. The organiser of an album can also remove any media from their album themselves, at any time.
